A submitted article will be published only after fulfilling all the standards and quality work. For preparation of fresh article to get published in SSGMJSE, author should keep below points in consideration. Title & Authors Name

The title should appear on first page which should then followed by the author name and the institution name and address by indicating suitable superscripts. Title page should contain title of the paper in normal, title case (font size 24), names of the authors in bold, title case (font size 11) followed by the affiliation and university address(es) in normal, title case (font size 10). An asterisk (*) must be placed after the corresponding authors name as superscript whose email id, fax, telephone number can be given at the bottom left corner of the title. Corresponding author has the responsibility to ensure that all co authors are aware and approve the contents of the submitted manuscript.

Abstract

This section should start after author’s affiliation and should detail the problems, experimental approach, major findings and conclusion in one paragraph. Avoid abbreviation, diagram and references in the abstract. It should be 1.15 spaced, bold and should not exceed 250 words for full papers.

Keywords

Author(s) must give about 5-10 key words which can identify the most important subjects covered by the paper. They must be placed at the end of the abstract.

Introduction

The manuscript should include a brief introduction stating the purpose of the investigation and relating the manuscript to similar previous research. Only information essential to the arguments should be presented.

Literature Survey

In this section, the author describes the previous research works in the form of title, problem statement, objectives, not repeat the information discussed in Introduction.

Problem Definition

This section should describe how you are supposed to rectify the problem, what approach or what methodology you are supposed to use in your paper.

Methodology / Approach

In this section should extend, not repeat the information discussed in Introduction. This section includes the details about your proposed method, flowchart, proposed models or techniques and others

In contrast, a Calculation Section represents a practical development from a theoretical basis. Include sufficient details for the work to be repeated. Where specific equipment and materials are named, the manufacturer’s details (name, city and country) should be given so that readers can trace specifications by contacting the manufacturer. Where commercially available software has been used, details of the supplier should be given in brackets or the reference given in full in the reference list.

Results & Discussion

This section should present clearly but succinctly the experimental findings. Only results essential to establish the main points of the work should be included. Results should be presented in a logical sequence in the form of table, graph, figure, case study, chart etc. Numerical data should be analyzed using appropriate simulation or statistical tools and techniques.

The table, graph and figures heading may have smaller font titles but should not be less than 10 pt in size. Labels of the table, graph and figures must be in the text form and should not form part of the image. Those photographs must be clear and sharp. Digital files are recommended for highest quality reproduction.

Conclusion

This section can be kept at before future scope section and should not be more than 150 words. This section should represent the final extract of your research performed. Concisely elaborate your final output here.

Future Scope

This section describes the possibilities of future improvement in the research that you have performed. Discuss the limitations and benefits over historical research.

Acknowledgement

If desired, authors may provide acknowledgements at the end of the article, before the references. The organizations / individuals who provided help during the research (e.g. providing language help, writing assistance, proof reading the article, sponsoring the research, etc.) may be acknowledged here.

References

References to the literature cited for the manuscript should be numbered in order of appearance in the manuscript and cited in the text with superscript numbers. List and number all bibliographical references in Times New Roman, font size is 10, single-spaced, at the end of your paper. When referenced in the text, enclose the citation number in square brackets, for example [1], where appropriate name(s) of editors of referenced books are included. The template will number citations consecutively within brackets [1]. The sentence punctuation follows the bracket [2]. The reference number should follow the following format.

If a manuscript is accepted, higher quality versions of figures can be submitted at a later stage.
